Started with a small size of 200mm air valve in 2005 to 3100mm butterfly valve in 2020 , engaged in successful development of various critical valve castings viz. flow control valve , check valve , 2000mm multidoor NRV , swing check valve, Resilient seated valves, gate valves etc. name some .
With metal such as Ductile Iron , Ni-Resist and CI & DI with 2% Nickel are some of them developed and executed many castings for NPCIL, NTPC, BHEL, RITES, L&T etc. with various material. Successfully converted many castings of WCB to equivalent Ductile iron
Intervalve Poonawalla
With Poonawalla group we executed their most prestigious orders of 2800mm, 2700mm, 2400mm butterfly valves and provided them all technical support in valves castings of various sizes.
Kirloskar Brothers
We have successfully developed one of the biggest i.e, 3000 mm valve castings with single use Thermocole patterns.
IVC
Developed many castings for Butterfly to gate vales for them sizes from 800mm to 3100mm sizes in various Ductile iron and cast iron. And Ni- resist D2 grades.
